Your Right to Delete Your Account
You have the right to permanently delete your eXpertsnearme account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that — either directly inside the app or by emailing our support team. Once deletion is confirmed, a 30-day recovery grace period begins, after which your data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
Option 1 — Delete via the eXpertsnearme App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app. Follow these steps:

Open the eXpertsnearme app Download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store if you no longer have it installed.

Sign in and go to your Profile Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile screen.

Tap the edit icon at the top right On your profile screen, tap the edit (pencil) icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select "Delete Account" In the menu that appears, tap Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion Read the confirmation prompt carefully and tap Confirm. Your account will be immediately deactivated and deletion will proceed.
After confirmation, a 30-day recovery grace period begins. You can cancel the deletion by logging back in within those 30 days. Once 30 days pass, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.
📧 Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to privacy@xpertstech.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information in your message:
- Your full name as registered on eXpertsnearme
- The email address associated with your account
- Your username (if known)
- A brief statement confirming you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted
What Data Is Deleted vs. What Is Retained
The table below summarises exactly what happens to each category of data when your account is deleted.

Deletion Timeline
- Day 0: Deletion request submitted. Your account is immediately deactivated and no longer visible to other users.
- Days 1–30 (Grace Period): You can cancel the deletion by logging back in. Your data is preserved during this window.
- Day 30+: Permanent, irreversible deletion of all personal data listed above begins. This process completes within 90 days of the request date.
