Our Commitment to Child Safety

Xperts Tech LLC is deeply committed to protecting minors from exploitation, abuse, and harm on the eXpertsnearme platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any way.

This document outlines our standards and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.

1. Platform Age Requirements

eXpertsnearme is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Our Terms of Service explicitly state this requirement, and by creating an account users agree to those terms.

• Age information is collected as part of our user profile verification process. Verified profiles that reveal a user is under 18 will result in immediate account termination.
• We do not knowingly allow minors to use our platform. If we discover or receive a report that an account is operated by a user under 18, the account will be suspended and all associated data permanently deleted.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on eXpertsnearme and will result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any content that sexually depicts, exploits, or abuses minors (CSAM).
• Grooming behaviors — any attempt to build inappropriate relationships with minors for sexual purposes.
• Soliciting, sharing, distributing, or requesting sexual content involving individuals under 18.
• Any attempt to arrange in-person meetings with minors for sexual purposes.
• Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies violence against children.
• Using the platform to traffic, exploit, or recruit minors.

3. Detection and Enforcement

3.1 Content Moderation

• User-generated content including profile descriptions, chat messages, images, and videos is subject to our moderation policies.
• Our platform includes mechanisms for users to report content or behavior they believe involves minors or is inappropriate.
• Reported content is reviewed promptly, and confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension and content removal.

3.2 User Reporting

All users can report accounts, messages, or content that they believe involves exploitation of minors directly within the app or by emailing privacy@xpertstech.co. Reports are treated with the highest priority.

3.3 Account Termination

Any account found to have violated our child safety standards will be permanently banned. We reserve the right to report such violations to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by applicable law.

4. Legal Compliance and Reporting Obligations

Xperts Tech LLC complies fully with applicable child protection laws, including:

• PROTECT Our Children Act and related US federal law requiring electronic service providers to report CSAM to NCMEC.
• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
• All applicable laws in the jurisdictions where our app is available.

When we discover CSAM or receive a credible report, we will:

1. Immediately remove the content and suspend the account.
2. Preserve evidence as required by law.
3. Report to NCMEC's CyberTipline at missingkids.org and to relevant law enforcement.

5. Privacy Protections for Minors

• We do not display or share location data or personal information of any user to underage accounts.
• We do not use minors' data for advertising purposes.
• We do not enable direct messaging from unknown adults to any user who may be a minor.

6. Designated Safety Contact

Xperts Tech LLC has a designated point of contact responsible for child safety matters, including responding to law enforcement requests, NCMEC reports, and CSAM-related inquiries. This contact is prepared and available to speak about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.

7. Updates to This Policy

We review and update these child safety standards regularly to ensure they remain current with applicable laws, platform policies, and industry best practices. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
